Returns & Refunds policy

Thank you for shopping with EloKoff Designs. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely happy with your order, we're here to help. Please read our return policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

- The item was purchased within the last 30 days.

- The item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

- The item must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

- Personalized or custom-made products

- Sale or clearance items

- Gift cards

- Downloadable digital products

- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

3. How to Initiate a Return

If you meet the return eligibility criteria, please follow these steps to initiate a return:

b. Once your return is authorized, securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [7-14] business days.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at elokoffdesigns@gmail.com or call/WhatsApp us at 00358404633412 and follow the return process outlined above.

6. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning their item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the specified timeframe, first check your bank account or credit card statement.

Then contact your credit card company or bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
